Big Effing Reminder: If you’re adopting a healthier lifestyle, please don’t get discouraged after a damn week. You need to be patient and remember this is a slow, steady process and your body needs time to adjust. This shit doesn’t happen overnight or in a week. Chill.
It’s ok to take a cheat day once a week! Trust me, it helps alot. Eating healthy and exercising all the time can make me feel a bit bleh, so eating something like pizza, cookies, and a cheeseburger once a week helps me feel good. You gotta give your body a break sometimes.
But you gotta remember to have self control. After those one or two days of eating junk, you have to tell your self no, and go back to your regular routine. It can be a bit difficult at first, but you can get the hang of it.
I’m just trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, BUT SOMEBODY (me) keeps undermining all my efforts 😒
